In this first session, Pino will demonstrate how to develop a short animation, from rough drawings to clean-up. The presentation will cover setting up an animation scene, planning key poses, refining timing and movement, and creating clean drawings while preserving the energy of the rough animation. Through a practical example, participants will discover how each stage contributes to a clear and expressive performance, with tips for keeping character shapes and proportions consistent throughout the process. Following the presentation, there will be a Q&A session.
